New Year's Eve Festive Menu

Count down to 2025 with a 3-course dinner in Cast Iron Grill. Menu includes one glass of Champagne Lanson per adult. Savour beetroot cured smoked salmon, a braised brisket of beef, a dark chocolate and ginger tart and more. A la carte menu is also available. From 8:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., dance the night away at our New Year’s Eve disco in Vardons, and count down to 2025 with a glass of prosecco at midnight. Available on the 31st of December with the first table at 7:00 p.m. and the final table at 9:30 p.m. 3-courses at £60 per person. This event is open to ages 12 and up.

It's Wine O'Clock - Exclusive Dinner Offer

Boxing Day Carvery Lunch & Dinner

Continue the festivities with a Boxing Day carvery lunch or dinner in Cast Iron Grill. Savour a selection of meats, fish, vegetables and sides, as well as a cold and dessert buffet and a mouthwatering cheese board display. Classics like a roast rump of beef with a Yorkshire pudding and gravy, farmed rabbit with wild mushrooms and café au lait sauce, a roasted vegetable wellington and more adorn the menu. Complete your meal with tea, coffee and mince pies. Available on the 26th of December from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for lunch, and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner. 3-courses at £55 per adult, £30 per child (ages under 12)
